David Salinas

Born in Brownsville, Tx, David is an accomplished dancer and has trained in multiple different dance styles like dance team, ballet, tap, jazz, heels, musical theater, ballroom, and many more. In high school he went to the Homer Hanna ECHS and was a 4 year member of the Dance Team, the Strutters. He is currently goes to Point Park University where he is pursuing his passion for dance. Since he's been at Point Park, he has performed in and choreographed multiple pieces. David has had the opportunity to compete at ballroom competitions around the country and is currently a National Champion in the American Rhythm style of ballroom as well as in the Latin Paso Doble and Jive. He is also a National Title Winner for Dance Educators of America. Although he is just a freshman he has grown tremendously in the short time he has been able to work and learn at Point Park University.
